Sunday going updates for Cork and the Curragh

Cork racecourse stage one of their flagship meetings of the year this afternoon, the Cork Grand National.

The going at the Munster venue is described as soft, following 5mm of rain since declarations. Forecast is for scattered showers(1-2mm approx.)

Fourteen runners are set to go to post for the feature race which is due off at 3.15.

Meanwhile, the Curragh report heavy, soft to heavy in places for their final meeting of the flat season. The forecast is to remain mainly dry for the day.

The Group 3 Loughbrown Stakes, due off at 3.00, is the feature race at the County Kildare track.
