Tote Guarantee is an enhancement to the dividend which ensures the Tote Win price will always match or exceed the industry Starting Price (SP) for every winner. If the SP of the winner is bigger than the Tote Win dividend you will be paid out at SP; where the Tote Win price is higher than SP, you'll be paid the higher price.
