Champion trainer Willie Mullins is triple handed for the feature race at Auteuil on Sunday the Grade 1, Grande Course De Haies D'Auteuil Hurdle.

Recent Prix La Barka winner Thousand Stars is likely to go off favourite for the contest over 3m 1f with Ruby Walsh booked to ride the grey gelding.

Zaidpour who finished second to Thousand Stars in the Prix La Barka last month will by ridden by Paul Townend, who switches mounts with Ruby Walsh from last month’s contest which was run over the course and distance.

The Mullins trio is completed by Mourad who finished tenth in the Prix La Barka and just like in that contest Katie Walsh will again be in the saddle.

The sole UK raider comes in the form of the progressive Malcolm Jefferson trained Cape Tribulation who will be bidding to follow up on his Cheltenham and Aintree victories when he steps up in class here with Denis O’Regan in the saddle.
