The Noel Meade trained Seefin Dancer landed the Frank Hannon Memorial Handicap Hurdle despite blundering at the last under Paddy Flood.
“We thought he had a great chance at Wexford the last day but he ran terrible so maybe the track didn’t suit him. He won around here before so he obviously likes the track”, said Meade afterwards.
“He’s long and awkward and we bit a tongue tie on him today and that seemed to help. He’s entered in Kilbeggan on Friday so we’ll either go there or try pick up something similar for him.”
