Sinndar winner of the Vodafone Derby and Budweiser Irish Derby is on course for his Prix de l`Arc De Triomphe prep race.
John Oxx, the colt`s trainer, said: 'Unless the ground is firm, Sinndar goes to France then for his preferred option ahead of the Arc although I have entered the three horses (Sinndar, Takali and Raypour) in the Blandford Stakes at the Curragh the following weekend as a precaution.'
Oxx reports Sinndar 'in great form' in the build-up to his expected clash with Montjeu in the Longchamp spectacular on October 1st.
Owner-breeder the Aga Khan was on hand to see Takali and Raypour double up at the Curragh on Sunday to give a further boost to Sinndar`s Irish Derby form.
Takali followed up his course and distance victory of last month when taking the Royal Whip Stakes in a driving finish, the favourite just getting home by a head from 5-1 chance Molomo in the Group Two contest.
Takali had been fifth to Sinndar in the premier Irish Classic, while Raypourwho was fourth on that occasion did his bit by taking the concluding Borris Race by a length as the even money favourite.
'Raypour will have his next run in the Prix Neil at Longchamp in three weeks along with Sinndar,' added Oxx.
