A clash between Dubai Millennium and Sendawar remains on the cards, with the duo among the 13 horses who remain in Wednesday's Prince Of Wales's Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Dubai Millennium, winner of the Dubai World Cup in March, is one of four Godolphin representatives confirmed for the £145,000 contest yesterday along with Gracioso, Rhythm Band and State Shinto.
The Aga Khan's Sendawar, supplemented at a cost of £20,000 by trainer Alain de Royer Dupre on Thursday, is one of three possible runners from the continent along with Germany's Sumitas and the Francois Doumen-trained Jim And Tonic.
Other notable acceptors include Shiva, impressive winner of the Brigadier Gerard Stakes last time, and Border Arrow and Beat All, third in the 1998 and 1999 Derbys respectively. However, Shiva will miss the race if the ground is too fast, it was confirmed yesterday.
The Aidan O'Brien-trained Monashee Mountain, who holds alternative engagements in the St James's Palace and King's Stand Stakes, is also among the entries.
O'Brien has three juvenile team among the 29 horses entered for the Group Three Queen Mary Stakes - Dietrich, Little Firefly and Red Coral.
Successful with Bach in last year's Chesham Stakes, O'Brien has just one entry, Leopard Spot, in this year's renewal.
