Philip Rothwell recorded his 30th winner of the season when saddling Hollow Ranger to land The Scotty33 Cancer Research Handicap Chase under Sean Flanagan.
Rothwell revealed afterwards, "This horse was bought for 600e at Goresbridge Sales last year. This horse wants good ground and to be held up off a fast pace and he got that here today. Last year he got a kick in his face during a race at Ballinrobe and had to have his whole face re-constructed."
