The KWD Handicap Hurdle went to the lightly-weighted third reserve Quarry Lil (14/1), who led before the last in the hands of 7lb claimer Gary Noonan and ran on well to beat Cousin Harry (6/1) by three and a quarter lengths.
The front two were well clear, with Afternoonwithsusan (40/1) a further six lengths away in third, while the 10/3 favourite Ashton Court finished sixth.
The winning daughter of Jeremy had won a point-to-point and a Clonmel maiden hurdle last year, but hadn’t shown much in recent outings this year, including two runs since racing resumed.
Winning trainer Paul O’Flynn, who trains the winner for his father Tom, said: "Her form went off a bit and we changed the training and have her swimming now.
"We knew coming into today's race she was in good form and my horses are running well. West Cork Wildway won for me recently (at this venue in August) and when the horses come into form you can't beat it.
"We bred her ourselves and her mother Quarryvale was a very good mare for us. We lost Quarryvale foaling last year but we'll hope to breed from this mare eventually.
"She'll be entered soon in case the country is locked-down again and hopefully we'll get her out again."
