Tomorrow's meeting at Perth will be subject to an inspection at 3pm this afternoon, course officials have announced.
The going at the Scottish course is currently described as heavy but significant rain is forecast.
Clerk of the course Sam Morshead said today: "There is an inspection at 3pm. The going is heavy and is just about raceable at the moment.
"However, we are inspecting in the light of the forecast of an inch of rain over the next 36 hours."
Tomorrow's card is the first of a three-say meeting at Perth and features the #10,000 Tullis Handicap Chase.
