The D Hotel Maiden Hurdle caused a surprise when 25/1 shot Gallery Man from the Val O’Brien stable ran out a 2 ½ length victory under Andrew Lynch.
Lynch raced the grey gelding in mid-divsion, made progress approaching 3 out, left 2nd when On My Own of Joe Crowley’s fell at the last and the pair kept on well to hold off the Niall Madden trained Adare Manor
