Warren O'Connor had a suspension for careless riding halved today at a meeting of the Appeals and Referrals Committee.
O'Connor was handed a four-day ban at Dundalk on June 2nd following the running of the Baileys Handicap.
But after viewing a video of the race as well as hearing eveidence from apprentices Damien Rock, Michael Hussey and Catherine Gannon the Committee reduced the suspension to two days, June 15th and 16th, and ordered the refund of O'Connor's deposit.
