The first set of Barrier Trials for the season took place yesterday at Naas racecourse with a total of ten batches for unraced two-year-olds and three-year-olds.

Joseph O'Brien and Jessica Harrington trained a pair of winners each while there were also victories for Emmet Mullins, Gordon Elliott, Natalia Lupini, Ado McGuinness, Adrian Murray and Cian Hughes.
There will be two more sets of Barrier Trials this season, at Dundalk on 8 July and at Leopardstown 28 August.
