The Stewards interviewed Danny Mullins, rider of Paris Fame concerning his use of the whip from just before the turn in to the line.
Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that the horse has spied a gap early in the straight on the way to the start and had shown an inclination to run out.
He had been worried that the horse might run out as he was hanging at that juncture and he had used the whip down the shoulder with rapid succession.
They also heard evidence from Willie Mullins representing Danny Mullins.
Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards found that Danny Mullins had used his whip with excessive frequency and suspended him for two race days.
