The five-year-old was sent off at 5-4 having won his last couple of starts over hurdles and was not hard pressed to beat Hassuna by eight lengths.
"Tawaagg will mix it between hurdling and the Flat now. He'll probably go for a Flat handicap next although he will be penalised for today's win," said Mullins.

David Myerscough's charge was sent off at 11-8 to go one place better than his recent second at Clonmel and duly obliged by a length and three-quarters.
