Billy Lee is in the form of his life and notched up another winner when newcomer Mansion House put his rivals to the sword in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Limerick.
David Wachman's son of Galileo (7-2) led all the way and pulled clear from the two pole to beat favourite Main Straits by a comfortable five lengths as Lee added to Thursday's Royal Ascot success.
It wasn't a happy night for some of the riders, however, as Colm O'Donoghue was sent to hospital for an X-ray on a suspected broken collarbone after taking a crashing fall in this race, while both Fergal Lynch and Sam James appeared to walk away after falls in a later event.
Two other jockeys who rode winners at Royal Ascot kept up the good work, starting with Fran Berry, who was at his confident best on Pat Flynn's 3-1 co-favourite Topadee in the limerickraces.ie Handicap.
Megan Carberry tried to make all on Cash Or Casualty and was still in front heading into the final furlong, but Berry coolly brought Topadee up from last place and got there by a neck.
Then Seamie Heffernan, who came with a storming late run to score on Legal Lyric at the track last weekend, repeated the trick on the 6-5 favourite in the Ballyduane Stud Handicap.
Willie Mullins' in-foal filly was 10lb higher in the ratings, but it made no difference as she cut down the leaders in the final strides to win by a length and a quarter.< Khothry (8-1) led just inside the final furlong under Leigh Roche and held the well-backed Drifting Mist by a length and three-quarters to take the Croom House Stud EBF Fillies Maiden for Dermot Weld.
Odds-on favourite Burren Trail hit the front inside the final furlong in the 7th July All American Day Maiden, but she was quickly collared by Declan McDonogh on the Edward Harty-trained Nuestra Alegria (10-1), who won by three-quarters of a length.
