Realt Mor put up a superb display of front-running to land what looked a hot renewal of the Powers Gold Cup at Fairyhouse.
The eight-year-old, having just his third run for Gordon Elliott after arriving from the Nicky Richards yard in England, stretched a long way clear in mid-race but had some good horses breathing down his neck at the top of the straight.
Davy Condon had plenty in the locker, however, and Realt Mor (10-1) kept going strongly to see off Mikael D'Haguenet and then hold the late finish of favourite Dedigout by two and a half lengths.
It completed a big-race double at the track for Elliott and Condon after Mala Beach (12-1) stuck his neck out to beat Defy Logic in a thrilling finish to the Coolmore NH Sires Fame And Glory & Sans Frontieres Novice Hurdle.
The favourite attempted to lead all the way and burned off everything bar the winner, who responded gamely to Condon's calls to get up by a head as Elliott set up an across-the-card four-timer that also included Roi Du Mee in the Imperial Call Chase at Cork.
The unbeaten Annie Power (4-11 favourite) confirmed Quevega is not the only seriously good mare in the Willie Mullins yard when she demolished the opposition in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Novice Hurdle Championship Final.
Ruby Walsh anchored her in last, but she travelled powerfully into the lead on the turn for home and easily saw off stablemate Glens Melody by 12 lengths for her seventh successive victory.
Tony McCoy, out of luck with Defy Logic, gained compensation when Mouse Morris's 13-2 favourite Call Rog recorded a commanding victory in the INH Stallion Owners EBF Novice Handicap Hurdle Series Final, powering five lengths clear of Backinthere.
Danny Mullins won the Gleesons Butchers Novice Handicap Hurdle in the Brian Connell silks on Tony Mullins' 11-8 favourite Sammy Black, who held the extraordinary late charge of Not For Changing by a neck.
