The Willie Mullins-trained gelding and Over The Furze were in the air together at the final flight, with Galeogan finding a bit extra in the closing stages to score by 1/2L.
'Barry gave him a fine ride but he will stay at home for the Fairyhouse and Punchestown Festivals,' said Mullins.
