McCOY RECORD BID

Tony McCoy will ride at two meetings tomorrow as he attempts to break his own record for the fastest century of winners in a season.

The champion jockey, who will start the day on 99, has booked rides in the first four races at Chepstow. He then heads for Wincanton where he has mounts in the last two events.

He reached 100 on November 5th last year and his prospects of beating that tomorrow are good with several choice rides to look forward to.

McCoy partners the ex-French Image De Marque II in the Persian War Novices` Hurdle, Man On The Hill (Courage Best Bitter Novices` Chase), Manx Magic (Ladbroke Casinos Handicap Hurdle) and Copeland (Tote Silver Trophy) at 2.30pm all for his boss Martin Pipe at Chepstow.

And at Wincanton he will be on Pipe`s Seebald (Tanglefoot Elite Hurdle) at 3.50 and on the Venetia Williams-trained Teddy Ruckster in the concluding Weatherbys `Stars of Tomorrow` Intermediate Open National Hunt Flat race.
