MORRIS TAKES OVER AT THE CURRAGH

Jason Morris, a senior executive with the British Horseracing Board, was today announced as Brian Kavanagh's successor at the Curragh.

Morris will take up the post of Racecourse and Training Ground Manager, in mid April, following the recent appointment of Kavanagh as Chief Executive of the Turf Club.

Morris has spent the last seven years with the BHB where his principle responsibilities have been race programming and planning, new racecourse development, and fixture allocation.

He also acted as secretary to the European Pattern Committee for the last six years.
