MIGHT BACK TO FULL POWER

Might And Power, prevented from making his comeback last weekend after a setback, has been given a clean bill of health, it emerged today.

Owner Nick Moraitis reports that the Australian star has made a complete recovery after bruising his near fore.

'The horse swam on Monday and the plan is to work him on Thursday,' he said.

He added that the Tramway Handicap at Rosehill, Sydney on Saturday week is the likeliest option for the horse`s comeback.

The Melbourne Cup and Cox Plate hero, sidelined since November 1998 with tendon trouble, had been due to contest the Warwick Stakes last Saturday.

Connections are gearing Australia`s fourth-highest Flat earner for a showdown with the crack New Zealand mare Sunline in the BMW Cox Plate at Moonee Valley in October.
