Fiery Lad landed the featured Amigo Horseware Handicap at Dundalk today, continuing the good run of his trainer Ger Lyons.
The progressive son of Mull Of Kintyre chased the leaders before getting to the front over a furlong out, eventually recording a neck win over Lunduv
Afterwards Lyons stated "Fiery Lad is a fair horse but this race wasn't on the agenda! I thought following his win here recently, handicaps were out off the agenda but he was very fair to him and the conditions of this 3yo event suited."
He added "he is a very consistent and thriving horse and will come back here on September 26 for a Listed race."
