Trainer Ger Lyons recorded winners number 10 and 11 at Dundalk this year when recording a double at the Co Louth track today.
Lyons started today's winning haul in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction Maiden with Kinetic Quest who won under stable 7lb claimer Emmett McNamara.
Lyons reported "Kinetic Quest didn't handle the track when third at Galway last time out but did run a good race nonetheless. However, he still ran a bit green today and needed all of Emmett's 7lbs claim to win."
Lyons doubled up half an hour later when his Dohasa landed the BAR ONE Racing Handicap, under Keegan Latham.
Rated 101, Dohasa eventually got the better of Fourpenny Lane to win by a neck and a delighted Lyons later mentioned "that is Dohasa probably finished with handicaps now and he should step up to Stakes company."
He added "Dohasa had run to good races in handicaps in England and while he was drawn on the outside, it helped because I wanted him held up in the early stages. I'm delighted for his owner Sean Jones, who is a good owner of mine."
