Lyons and Latham win opener The opening race this evening at Dundalk was won by the Ger Lyons trained Palazzone with Keagan Latham in the saddle and owned by Mrs P K Cooper. Ger Lyons said afterwards, "He has been disappointing, we tried him in cheek pieces and it didn't work, he ran in The Curragh the last day and it was a disappointing run he doesn't go on the soft ground. So ran him today with the blinkers and they seemed to work so we'll probably go for a similar race with him next."
