Ger Lyons and Keagan Latham were continuing their good run when completing a quick double this evening when winning The Golden Fleece Stakes (Listed Race) with 11/8 favourite Perfect Symmetry
Winning trainer Lyons said, “I didn’t see Joanna’s [Morgan] horse coming up the stand’s rail, I was very relieved. I made a mistake of running him at Dundalk first time. He is only recently coming into himself and winning this race was a real bonus. He will make a smashing three year old. He was a cheap horse; he was bought as a yearling for €20,000.”
