Lios A Choill earned a crack at The Champion Bumper in Cheltenham next month with a smooth debut performance at Fairyhouse.
Willie Mullins said: 'this horse is very good, he has shown us a lot at home and did what we thought he would. It is a great sign that he showed such a turn of foot off a steady pace. He is a long-striding horse and has plenty of stamina in his pedigree.'
No decision yet as to the make-up of the Mullins travelling party for Cheltenham. The trainer will wait until the Handicapper has assessed all his horses for the Bumper and then decide which will make the trip.
