Limerick has escaped the rain hitting most of the country and the ground for today's meeting has actually improved slightly.

The going is good to yielding having been described as good to yielding, yielding in places at declaration.

The course report that they received no overnight rain.

Bellewstown report the ground as soft to heavy on the Flat track with six yards of fresh ground being used on that course.

The national hunt track is soft, which was the overall description at declaration.

There will be no stalls in operation for both 1m 6f races at Bellewstown this afternoon due to the ground conditions.

Roscommon is soft, soft to heavy in places having previously been called soft to heavy.

The forecast is for it to be overcast with light rain or drizzle today and tomorrow.
