Kaitlins Joy made it three wins in her last four starts when the Pat Martin-trained filly drew clear in the closing stages to take the mile handicap in good style.
Regular partner Seamie Heffernan sent her to the front just under a furlong out, and the daughter of Mark Of Esteem stayed on really well to beat Lord Rathvinden by four lengths with Rue De Cabestan a length and a half further back in third.
'She just didn't seem to be herself the last day in Cork. She was edgy in the stalls and Seamie said she never felt right. I'm not a fan of running horses on this ground but she coped with it well,' said Martin.
