Ken Condon was in the winner’s enclosure this afternoon after he saddled 12/1 shot Indus Valley to land the Ashbourne Nursery Handicap under Colm O’Donoghue.
Winning trainer Condon stated afterwards: “We could have fancied him on his first two runs the races have both worked out well.”
“He was a little a bit too keen the last day but he settled well today. We will probably leave him off now and he’ll be a nice solid horse for next year.”
