His Majesty is expected to come on from his comeback run at the Curragh when he lines up for a red-hot renewal of the Group 3 Mercury Stakes in Dundalk tomorrow.
Aidan O'Brien's charge is one of seven horses rated over 100 in this five-furlong sprint.
The three-year-old colt had been off for more than a year when he finished eighth (beaten less than three lengths) in the Group 3 Renaissance Stakes at Headquarters last month.
Stable representative Chris Armstrong said: "Obviously, he has got good form as a two-year-old - he's a Listed winner at two.
"He's a typical No Nay Never, plenty of natural speed. A fine, big, strong horse - just going to the Curragh last time for the Renaissance Stakes after a break he was still carrying plenty of condition.
"We think in Friday's race that trip, track and ground will suit him. He will be able to travel nicely off a fast pace.
"We are looking forward to it. It is a very good renewal and there are some very highly-rated horses in it that you have to take seriously.
"It will be nice to get him back again after his last run and he should be there or thereabouts."
This will be His Majesty's Polytrack debut.
