Seventh Heaven completed a Dundalk double for her connections (Aidan O'Brien, Seamie Heffernan and owners Smith, Tabor & Magnier- earlier on the mark with Caravaggio as she ran out a good winner of the Light Up Your Night Fillies Maiden.

Seventh on her debut at Leopardstown on Champion Stakes Day, the daughter of Galileo was then fourth on her next start at Newmarket.

Available at 5/2 last night that price was quickly snapped up, and she opened on-course at 4/5 before going off the clear 9/10 favourite.

Settled behind the leaders she was pushed along to challenge from two furlongs out, hitting the front with over a furlong to race, staying on well from there to score by three and a quarter lengths.

Newcomer Heartful (8/1) finished second under Pat Smullen for Dermot Weld, while Planchart (12/1) was a further four and a half lengths back in third under Declan McDonogh for Andrew Slattery.

Seamie Heffernan said afterwards: "She had two grand runs and I was hoping she'd win."

Joseph O'Brien added: "She's a lovely filly. She was weak last year and obviously won nicely today.

"I think the Musidora or the Blue Wind might be the plan for her.

"She'll be better stepping up in trip and probably good ground is important to her."

The winner holds entries in the 1000 Guineas at the Curragh along with the Epsom and Irish Oaks.
