British handicapper Nigel Gray confirmed today that he had agreed with the mark of 128 for dual Derby hero Sinndar.
Irish handicapper Garry O'Gorman had given the John Oxx colt that provisional mark yesterday and after consultation with his British counterpart a raise of 3lb from his Epsom triumph was agreed.
The colt beat Glyndebourne by nine lengths at the Curragh with Ciro a length and a half further away in third.
Gray said today: "I've conferred with my Irish colleague Garry O'Gorman and we have given Sinndar a figure of 128 which is up 3lb.
"I think it's quite reasonable to believe he is still progressing and it was a tremendous performance.
"Obviously King's Best was injured and it was very disappointing that Holding Court was unable to show the same level of performance as he did in the Prix du Jockey-Club.
"But Sinndar could do no more than win as he did and working through Ciro it was an improved performance. It was great to see him confirm the excellent impression he made at Epsom."
The Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe is reportedly Sinndar's autumn target and his performance against older horses will help determine his true merit.
"It will be fascinating to how he performs against older horses later in the season," Gray added.
"Last year Montjeu earned a rating in the mid 120s after winning the Prix du Jockey-Club and coincidentally he was rated 128 after winning the Irish Derby, but it was only after he took on older horses in the Arc that we found out just how good he was."
