Ground eases at Killarney

The going has eased slightly at Killarney ahead of this evening's fixture which starts at 5.40pm.

The ground is now yielding on the Flat course and good to yielding on the National Hunt track after 4mm of rain overnight.

It had been good on the jumps track and yielding, good in places for the Flat at declaration.

Fresh ground is in use for the Flat and hurdle tracks today and tomorrow.

Leopardstown remains soft, soft to heavy in places for the Flat card tomorrow evening.

The Dublin track got 1mm of rain overnight and the forecast is for a risk of showers, some heavy, today but generally dry tomorrow.

Kilbeggan race on Friday and the ground there remains soft for the seven-race jumps card at the midlands track.

The Irish Oaks meeting is on at the Curragh this weekend and the going there is currently heavy (from soft to heavy) after 5.5mm of rain overnight.

Tipperary also hold a jumps meeting on Sunday and the ground there remains heavy, soft in places.

The course reported this morning that they had a dry day yesterday but 5mm of rain overnight.
