Ground drying out for weekend action

A fine weekend is anticipated so we can expect the ground to be drying out across the country.

Cork stages an eight-race Flat card starting at 2.00pm and the ground is now good with a dry day forecast. The stalls are situated in the centre for all sprints.

Kilbeggan hosts a seven-race card getting under way at 4.40pm and the ground is good to yielding, yielding in places.

A warm and breezy day is forecast (max 25c) and they are monitoring the situation regarding watering.

The Curragh race tomorrow with the Group One Keeneland Phoenix Stakes being the feature. After 2.5mm of rain the going is good to yielding, yielding in places with the weather set to be warm and dry.

They'll be racing on the Stands' side track and the stalls will be in the centre for all sprints.
