The going at Fairyhouse remains soft after a dry night, and the forecast is for a dry weekend as the track plays host to a two-day fixture.

Racing gets under way at 11.50am today with the EasyFix Handicap Chase at 1.00pm being the feature event on a seven-race card.

Racing at the Co.Meath venue starts at 12.30pm on Sunday, with a terrific card in prospect featuring three Grade One races, including the BARONERACING.COM Hatton’s Grace Hurdle at 2.40pm.

Across the water, racing goes ahead at Newcastle after the track passed an 8.00am inspection.

Buveur D’air goes for a third successive win in the Betfair Fighting Fifth Hurdle at 2.05pm on ground described as heavy.

A full field of 24 is due to line up in the Ladbrokes Trophy Chase at Newbury at 3.00pm, and the going there is good to soft, soft in places.
