There hasn’t been much change to the going at either of today’s Irish racing venues, and that should remain the case with a dry day predicted by weather forecasters.

Punchestown’s second day of racing sees the ground described as soft on the hurdle, bumper and cross-country tracks, and soft, soft to heavy in places on the chase course.

The first of eight races is due to get under way at 12.05pm.

Cork has a seven race card beginning at 12.15pm.

The ground there is described as soft on the chase course, and soft, soft to heavy in places on the hurdles course.
