We'll Go Again was the one for money in the finale at Punchestown and duly did the business to give Andrew Kinirons his first winner as a trainer.
Luke McAteer took the shortest way home on the Fast Company gelding as he challenged on the inner turning for home in the second division of the Irish Racing Working Together Handicap.
We'll Go Again hit the front a furlong-and-a-half from home and despite drifting left inside the final furlong he stayed on well to post a a length-and-a-half win over 20/1 shot Stellify
The winner, who beat only one home at Galway last time, had been backed from 16/1 this morning into 4/1.
Kinirons said:- “Madeline (Tylicki) has just taken a little bit of time out and I’ve taken over the licence. We’ve built it up the last few years and have a lovely bunch of 15 horses to run in the next few weeks.
“This horse loves the soft. We fancied him in Galway but he got badly struck into early on. We’ve freshened him up and Luke gave him a lovely ride.
“He’s a very honest horse and is good fun the owner Andrew Roe. That’s his third win.”
