Jockey Alex Greaves expects to be sidelined for three weeks after a fall on the gallops, it was revealed today.
Her husband, trainer David Nicholls explained: "She has broken her right wrist and unfortunately as it is cracked in two places it is going to take longer to heal than normal.
"Alex thinks it'll only be three weeks before she comes back but I fear it might take a bit longer than that.
"It could not have come at a worse time with the season starting to get going now and it is very frustrating for her and the stable."
