E Dubai became the first winner from Godolphin's American two-year-old operation at Del Mar on Saturday.
The Eoin Harty-trained Mr Prospector colt, with David Flores up, won the second race of the day, a five-furlong maiden on dirt, at the Californian track, it was reported on Godolphin's official website.
Harty trains about 30 juveniles, who were initially based at Santa Anita racecourse.
Godolphin's Zahoom finished fourth under Alex Solis behind E Dubai.
