Classsic-placed Barathea Guest is set to return from a short break with a run in Germany on Sunday.

The George Margarson-trained colt, third in the Sagitta 2000 Guineas at Newmarket in May, is to tackle the mile-and-a-half Grosser Dallimayr Preis-Bayerisches Zuchtrennen at Munich.

It will be the three-year-old`s first outing since he finished eighth in the Vodafone Derby at Epsom in June.

Tim Corby, racing manager to owner John Guest, said today: 'Barathea Guest has been entered for the Group One Grosser Dallimayr Pries at Munich.

'He is very well. We hope also to run in the Juddmonte International at York on August 22nd.'
