Fairyhouse on agenda for Tullintain

Robert Tyner could aim Tullintain at the Irish Grand National at Fairyhouse in April after his fine second in the Thyestes Chase last Thursday.

The tough nine-year-old jumped fluently in the valuable Gowran handicap, and only gave best to the impressive On His Own.

"He ran a really good race at the weekend, but the winner obviously looked very good," said Cork-based Tyner.

"He's gone up 3lb and we might look at the Irish Grand National for him.

"There might also be a three-mile handicap for him at Cheltenham, but we need to sit down and work out a plan."
