Kieren Fallon has informed the stipendiary stewards in Hong Kong that he plans to return to the Chinese territory this weekend.
The same Hong Kong Jockey Club communique also gives an upbeat bulletin concerning Fallon's knee operation which was undertaken during a Christmas break in Britain.
Fallon has told the local authorities that he is fit to resume race riding again after being given the all clear by his doctor.
The champion jockey returned to Britain after the Hong Kong international meeting on December 12th and subsequently underwent an operation.
The Hong Kong authorities have also told Fallon that he will need to inform the Racing Control department of the date he plans to return to action. The jockey will also need to provide the relevant medical clearance document.
