Spill The Beans overcame a couple of jumping errors to justify 11/10 favouritism for local trainer Henry de Bromhead.
Andrew Lynch 's mount appeared to be getting the better of chief market rival Thepartysover (4/1) when the latter made a blunder two out, and he kept on up the hill to beat Annual Report (8/1) by seven lengths. Thepartysover was another 14 lengths back in third.
De Bromhead said: “His jumping was a bit disappointing as he's been way better than that at home. He's a big horse and Andrew thought the sharp bends here may not have suited. We gave him a holiday over the winter and were waiting for some good ground.”
