DUNDEE RETURN PUT ON HOLD

Nick Dundee will have to wait before he makes his return to racecourse action following the news that Cork`s meeting on Sunday has been postponed due to waterlogging.

The Edward O`Grady-trained chaser, who suffered what appeared to be a career-ending injury in the 1999 Royal & SunAlliance Chase, had been set to run in the O`Connell Group Chase.

However, the fixture has been rescheduled for the following Sunday and Nick Dundee is still set to take his place in the line-up.

His trainer said today: 'It won`t cause any problems and it`s the idea to run.'
