DOBBIN BACK ON TRACK

Tony Dobbin rode out today for the first time since he was injured in a fall three weeks ago.

But he is not planning to rush his comeback to race-riding.

The jump jockey said: "I intend to be back next week but I am taking things steadily.

"I rode out today for Nicky Richards and I'm looking forward to riding The Grey Monk over fences at Kelso at the beginning of March.

"I have nothing in the immediate pipeline but hopefully I'll take one or two mounts per day before getting back to full fitness.

"I feel on great form and I'm glad my injury has heeled so quickly."

Dobbin has been sidelined since he fractured his left arm and dislocated his left shoulder in a fall at Doncaster on January 17th.
