Clonmel set for a 'Funky Friday'

Clonmel Racecourse will hold a BBQ this Friday evening at their meeting which has been dubbed 'Funky Friday'.

The first of seven National Hunt races at the Co Tipperary venue is due off at 5:40pm while the Euro 2012 matches (England v Sweden & France v Ukraine) will be shown in the Club Stand Bar.

'All-in' tickets can be purchased for €25 and they include admission, a racecard, €5 drinks voucher and a BBQ meal.

Regular tickets are €15 for adults while it's €10 for OAP's and Students. Children under 16 are free.

After racing music will be provided by the band Red Vixen while there will be entertainment for children throughout the evening.
