Lucid Dreams could be Cheltenham bound after his excellent effort in the Kerry National at Listowel last week.
Successful six times last year, John Ryan's stable star finished second in the Grade 2 Webster Cup at Navan in March.
Returning to action after a well-earned break, the nine-year-old finished third to Flooring Porter at Listowel, with many talented sorts in behind.
"He ran too fresh and free and Danny (Mullins) said he ran away with him for two-and-a-half miles," Ryan revealed.
"He said he was running so free, that he was conscious of not getting home but is a high-class horse and won't be far off graded class this year.
"Danny wants to go to the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham in November although I don't know; it's in my mind though."
