Holding Court has been supplemented for the Budweiser Irish Derby, the colt's trainer Michael Jarvis announced today.
Doubts had emerged over the runaway French Derby winner's participation on Sunday with the prospect of fast ground at the Curragh.
However, Jarvis said: 'We are supplementing Holding Court. They've assured us that they will keep the ground safe.'
The going was very soft when Holding Court slammed Lord Flasheart by six lengths in the Prix du Jockey-Club.
Jarvis added: 'We know he's effective with give in the ground but there's nothing to say he won't be just as effective on better ground.'
Holding Court is now in line for a US $1 million bonus for a horse who can win a Derby in England and France and complete a double in Ireland, so long as there are eight or more runners at the Curragh.
'The chance of that sort of money doesn't come along too often for people like me and the Goods (owner John Good) so we were keen to have a go,' the Newmarket trainer said.
Vodafone Derby winner Sinndar can also land the bonus and Jarvis went on: 'Let's hope John Oxx runs his two others as well as Sinndar and Aidan O'Brien might have a couple as well, so hopefully there should be plenty.'
Holding Court's regular jockey Philip Robinson is relishing the prospect of taking on Sinndar.
He said: 'I'm very pleased he's running and I'm looking forward to it. I believe he could beat Sinndar on good to soft ground and on good to firm ground I would be very hopeful.
'Let's hope the ground comes up in his favour. I wouldn't be worried about faster ground as long as it's not firm. He can handle a fast surface so long as there's no sting in it.'
