See More Business is among a record entry of 32 horses revealed today for the #150,000 Pertemps King George VI Chase at Kempton Park on St Stephen`s Day.
The Paul Nicholls-trained gelding, winner of the race in 1997 and again last season, is William Hill`s 6-4 favourite following his victory in the Charlie Hall Chase at Wetherby last time.
Nicholls also has 1998 runner-up Escartefigue, Fadalko and Double Thriller in the Grade One contest.
Francois Doumen, who has won this race with The Fellow (twice), Nupsala and Algan, has entered First Gold, who is Hills` 11-4 second favourite for the event.
The race remains a possible target for Florida Pearl and Willie Mullins` charge is one of three Irish entries along with stablemate Alexander Banquet and Arthur Moore`s Native Upmanship.
Also entered are Whitbread Gold Cup winner Beau, Thomas Pink Gold Cup heroine Lady Cricket, and Tiutchev and Lord Noelie, winners of the Arkle Trophy and Royal & SunAlliance Chase respectively at this year`s Festival.
And the first four home in the Queen Mother Champion Chase, Edredon Bleu, Direct Route, Flagship Uberalles and The Outback Way, could all step up to three miles here.
United Racecourses` racing manager Andrew Cooper said: 'The entry is the highest on record and includes four top-class overseas contenders, as well as all the major domestic names.
'This year`s #40,000 increase in prize money ensures we are significantly more valuable than the Ericsson Chase at Leopardstown and therefore we will be doing everything we can to tempt those Irish horses entered to travel over to Kempton for our race.'
William Hill bet: 6-4 See More Business, 11-4 First Gold, 9-1 Edredon Bleu, Florida Pearl, 10-1 Beau, 12-1 Flagship Uberalles, Marlborough, 16-1 Alexander Banquet, Direct Route, Tiutchev, 20-1 bar.
