BURKE TAKES MACAU TITLE

Irish jockey Robbie Burke set a new record of 112 winners when clinching the jockeys title in Macau on Tuesday.

Burke smashed the previous total of 106 winners set by Australian Paddy Payne.

The Flat jockey is the son of former trainer Paddy Burke - who was Christy Roche`s right-handman until his retirement.
