BRITISH DUO SET FOR GERMANY

John Dunlop`s Golden Snake and Mark Johnston`s Yavana`s Pace will fly the flag for Britain in the Group One Deutsche Post Euro Express Europa Preis at Cologne on Sunday.

Both horses will be putting in quick reappearances, with Golden Snake coming off a fifth in La Coupe de Maisons-Laffitte last week.

Frenchman Davy Bonilla has been booked for the ride.

Yavana`s Pace (Darryll Holland), second to Arctic Owl in the Irish St Leger last Saturday, will be having his third German outing of the season.

Catella, who had Yavana`s Pace back in fifth when winning at Gelsenkirchen in August, seeks the sixth Group-race success of her career in the 12-furlong contest.

The Peter Schiergen-trained filly is entitled to start favourite after her fine second to Samum in the Grosser Preis von Baden earlier in the month.

Rae Guest runs his Yarmouth winner Rozel (Holland) in the Listed FM-Holding Sprint Preis on the same card.
